  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination (usually 10–20 business days). Additional customs charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges

Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

  1. Email us at sales@kalakritii.in with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product.

  2. Our team will review your request and approve or deny it based on our return policy.

  3. Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our address (shipping cost borne by customer unless the error is ours).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
